Parts on the shelf and a workshop on the floor

Machines and trucks are ordered in, but parts are not. We hold them here for the ranges we sell, and our own mechanics fit them — one counter and one workshop for Shantui, Hyundai, Foton and Powerstar.

What we hold

Stocked against the ranges we sell, so a service does not begin with a wait. Anything not on the shelf is ordered on the same day you ask.

Service consumables

  • Oil, fuel, air and hydraulic filters
  • Lubricants and coolant
  • Belts, hoses and fittings

Undercarriage and wear

  • Chains, rollers, idlers and sprockets
  • Ground engaging tools and cutting edges
  • Teeth, adapters and bolt-on wear

Driveline and hydraulics

  • Seals, rams and hydraulic components
  • Brake and steering parts
  • Electrical and starting components

Have the machine or truck model and the serial number ready when you call — it is the fastest way to get the right part first time.

What the workshop does

Our own mechanics, on our own payroll, working on these ranges every week.

Interval servicing

Scheduled servicing on our own floor, to the hours the machine has actually run rather than to a calendar.

Diagnostics and repair

Fault finding, component repair and rebuilds, with a straight answer on how long the job takes before it starts.

Field service

Out to site where a machine cannot be moved, including breakdown attendance across the region and scheduled servicing at your yard.
