Buying, parts, the workshop and finding us. If your question is not here, ask us and the person who knows will answer.
No. Every machine and truck is ordered to your specification and delivered from South Africa, and you get the lead time with the quote so you know it before you commit. What we do hold here is parts, and the workshop and mechanics that keep the machine running once it lands.
We are an appointed dealer for Shantui earthmoving equipment and Foton trucks. Hyundai earthmoving equipment is supplied to order, and Powerstar trucks run through our Powerstar Swakopmund site at the same address.
Tell us the job: the material, the ground, the payload and the hours you expect to run. Use the enquiry form or phone sales on +264 83 707 4240 or +264 81 404 7930. We quote the unit and the lead time together, in one document.
It depends on the machine and the specification, so we give you the lead time up front with the quote rather than a guess. Once the unit is ordered we keep you posted on where it is, so you are not left to chase.

Service consumables (filters, lubricants, belts and hoses), undercarriage and wear parts (chains, rollers, idlers, sprockets, ground engaging tools and teeth), and driveline and hydraulic parts. Anything not on the shelf is ordered the same day you ask.
The machine or truck model and the serial number. It is the fastest way to get the right part first time. The parts and service desk is on +264 85 654 9114.
Yes. Shantui, Hyundai, Foton and Powerstar are serviced on the same floor by the same mechanics, who are on our own payroll and work on these ranges every week.
Yes. Field service goes out to site when a machine cannot be moved, including breakdown attendance across the region and scheduled servicing at your yard.
